About Martha C

My Father was diagnosed in 1992, stage 4. He did well considering his chemo treatments. Then in 2004 he started to not respond so well and I started going back and forth to stay with my parents. The last two years were amazing! We spent so much time together talking sharing memories and making new ones. The last 6 months he only wanted me to give him his medication and food. If I wasn’t there he would not take anything. I cherish that time with him. I was holding his hand with my head my his when he took his last breath. RIP DADDY.
Now my Husband has it. But not in an advance stage. So these are better odds. My husband had surgery and now dealing with the lasting effects but learning to over come. Now let’s see what this future brings.
