About Matthew Galsky

Dr. Matthew Galsky is currently a hematologist-oncologist at Mount Sinai Health System and a Professor of Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology and a Professor of Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He also serves as Director of Genitourinary Medical Oncology at the Tisch Cancer Institute. Dr. Galsky specializes in the care of patients with genitourinary malignancies (bladder, prostate, kidney, and testicular cancers). His research focuses on the development of novel treatments for these cancers, and Dr. Galsky uses team-science based approaches to understand sensitivity and resistance to such therapies. His research in these areas has been extensively published. Dr. Galsky earned his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine.
